for kids ages 5 to 9:

  • start them young with an introduction to the basic fundamental movements.

  • workouts are designed to keep kids moving, entertained, and interested.

  • classes are open to all, you do not need to be an existing member.

  • classes are paid for either per class or in a block of 5 or 10 classes.
