CrossFit Strongtown is a gym located in Southbury CT and is considered by many to be Southbury’s #1 Gym.
Many of the people who come to Strongtown are looking for a place to workout and end up finding a space where they want to hang out.
Our members represent Southbury, Oxford, Middlebury, Woodbury, Bethlehem, Watertown, Waterbury, Naugatuck, Seymour, Newtown, Sandy Hook, and Washington CT.
They are a diverse group of people who have chosen to prioritize health, fitness, and wellness in their lives.
Many of our members were looking for a non-traditional gym in Southbury, CT. They may have also found Strongtown by looking for personal training, CrossFit classes, or our unique Academy class. They all started with a free trial class / consultation to determine what option is best for them.
