Our monthly challenge series for July has been updated! This month's extra credit work is focusing on Turkish Get-ups. They're not very fast or very exciting but they are a phenomenal tool to build shoulder stability, core strength, and leg drive. They can also help improve our spatial awareness and balance. All of which are crucial for lifting weights and getting stronger.
The challenge this month is to complete a total of 400 Turkish Get-ups (200 per arm). There are are no prescribed weights and we would recommend that men use a 16kg kettlebell and ladies use a 12kg.
