    • Score = Total Time

    • Rx1= 20/10 lbs [and/or] 10" L-Sit

    • Rx3= 50/35 lbs and/or L-Sit on RIngs

Recovery:

  • Press-up & Childs Pose x 3

    • Thread arm through and stretch lat

  • Calf Stretch at Rig

    • 30" Each Leg x 2

  • CrossOver Band Rows

    • Each Arm x 30
