- Increase weight between each set of Bench Press
- After each set of Bench Press complete 3 Strict Pull-ups

- 400m Run
- 35 Double Unders
- 15 Push-ups
- Rx1 = 20 Double Unders + 10 Push-ups
- Rx3 = 50 Double Unders
