  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 60 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 80 Burpees
    • Reps (and distance) can be split / partitioned however possible .... 1 Round straight through, 2 Rounds of 800m 20/30/40 or 4 Rounds of 400m 10/15/20
