Bench Press

    • Increase weight between each set

3 Rounds - For Time

  • 20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25 lbs Plate)

  • 15 Hand Release Push-ups

  • 20 Sit-ups

    • Rx1 = (35/15 lbs)

    • Rx3 = (20 GHD Sit-ups)
