So we have a few announcements on Today's blog, the first item up is that starting this week we will be adding an additional Open Gym time slot on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons from 2:45 to 4:00pm. We've added the time slot to our Schedule and we're hoping it becomes a regular thing.
We also updated our Monthly Challenge Series for April. We're doing Burpees this month and the goal is to increase the number by 2 each day. If today was April 1st...which it's not...you would have to do 2 burpees, on April 2nd you would have to do 4, on Monday it would be 6 and so on. If Monday is your first day completing the challenge it would be 12 Burpees total to catch up on the 2 missed days plus the burpees owe'd for Monday.
Since we are in April we have also tallied up all of March's attendance records and have a new Strongtown's finest list. To make the list you must have attended a minimum of 16 Classes or Open Gym sessions throughout the Month of March.
