  • 30 Double Unders

    • Score = Total Rounds & Reps

    • Rx1 = 40/25 lbs (and/or) 15 Double Unders

    • Rx3 = 70/50 lbs

Recovery:

  • Calf Stretch

    • 30” Each Leg x 3

  • 3 Walk-outs

    • 2 Spider Lunges - 20” Hold

    • Press-up + Child Pose
