  • 10 Bench Press (Athletes choice of weight - sets must be unbroken)

    • Score = Total Time & Weight Used

    • Rx1 = 2 Rope Climbs

    • Rx3 = Legless

Recovery:

  • Lat/Chest Stretch

    • 30” Holds x 2

  • Lacrosse Ball Roll

    • Shoulders / Back / Delts

    • 2 Minutes total

  • Foam Roll

    • 1 Minute per Leg
