“Tabata” - Not Alternating
8 Rounds of 20” Work / 10” rest at each movement

  • Kettlebell Snatch (24/16 kg) (Alt arms each round)

  • Double Unders

  • Grasshoppers

  • Goblet Squat (24/16 kg)

  • 1 Minute rest after each round

    • Score = Total reps each movement

    • Rx1 = 16/12 kg

    • Rx3 = 32/24 kg

Recovery:

  • Calf Stretch at Rig

    • 1 Minute per Leg

  • PVC - Head Through Windown

    • 5 Per Side

  • Press-up / Child Pose

    • 30” Holds x 3
