  • 20 Air Squats

  • 10 Hand Release Push-ups

  • 5 Strict Pull-ups

    • Score = Total Rounds & Reps

    • Rx1 = 75/55 lbs

    • Rx3 = 115/75 lbs

Recovery:

  • Shoulder Circles

    • Each arm 10x

  • Foam Roll

    • 2 Minutes per leg

  • Lacrosse Ball Smash

    • Shoulders / Lats / Delts

    • 2 Minutes total
