Overhead Squat
- 10-5-3-1--1--1-3-5-10
- The 2nd 1 should be the heaviest weight, the 1/3/5/10 on the way back up should be the same as the way down the list.

- 10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats (40/25 lbs)
- 30 Double Unders
- Rx1 = 20/10 lbs
- Rx3 = 50/35 lbs
