  • 12 Minutes to Establish a 1 Rep Max
    • Snatch = Full Squat

For Time (16 Minute Cap)

  • 50 Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)
  • At every 2 Minute interval complete a 200m Run (1st Run = 2:00)
    • Rx1 = 75/55 lbs
    • Rx3 = 115/75 lbs
