  • DB Overhead Squat (50/35 lbs)

  • Sit-ups

  • Row 15 Cal After each Round

    • Split up reps 50/50 for DB Overhead Squat (22= 11 each arm, 16 = 8 each arm, 10= 5 each arm)

    • Rx1= 40/25 lbs

    • Rx3= GHD Sit-ups

    • Score= Total Time

    • Cap= 12 Minutes

Recovery:

  • Lat Stretch at Rig

    • 30” Hold x 2 each arm

  • Press-up/Child Pose

    • 30” Hold x 3

  • Spider Lunge Hold

    • 30” x 2 each leg
