Our Strongtown's Finest list for July will be tallied up and posted on tomorrow's blog. Moving into August we have updated our Monthly Challenge series for those following along. This month's challenge will be taking advantage of our favorite new toys...the Air Bikes. The challenge is simple - everyday that you come to the gym perform an Air Bike warm-up. For the 1st week of the month the goal is to do the 30 calories, each additional week we'll be adding 5 calories to the count so for week 2 we'll be doing 35, week 3 is 40 calories, and the 4th week of the month is 45.
