WORKOUT OF THE DAY

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 12 Alt. DB Split Snatch (50/35)

  • 36 Double Unders

  • 2 Rope Climbs

    • Rx1= 40/25 lbs and/or 1 RC

    • Rx3= 70/50 lbs

Rest 5 min, directly into….

10 minutes to FInd:

  • 1 Rep Max Squat Snatch

    • Athletes will get Bar and weights during their 5-minute rest. Can NOT load BB until time starts

Recovery:

  • 10 PVC Pipe pass-throughs

  • 2 min Bike

  • Couch Stretch

    • 1 min each side
