Thank you to everyone who came out on their holiday to celebrate Memorial Day in true CrossFit fashion...with Murph. Hopefully you're recovering better then I am.
Don't forget that next Friday (6/10) is the Flander's Nature Center Field & Forest 5k Trail Run...this run / hike / race is a ton of fun. Strongtown is one of the event sponsors again this year and we're hoping to get as many people to participate in this race as possible. Last year Sophia represented Strongtown and took home 1st place in her division. The Race is in Woodbury so it's super local, it starts at 6pm on Friday night and it's always nice to test our fitness outside of the gym. Since both Mikey and myself will be running in the race the June 10th, 5pm Open Gym and 5:30pm class are both cancelled for the evening.
Also Saturday - June 11th is the official start of Summer Swim WOD! The classes will be at 8:00am at Edgewood and will be held every Saturday through the Summer season.
