Time Trial

  • 800m Run

3 Rounds for Max Reps at Each Station in 1 Minute

  • Double Unders
  • Toes to Bar
  • Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
    • 30 Seconds Rest after each round
    • Do not rotate stations - peform 3 rounds of Double Unders before moving onto the Toes to Bar
    • Score = Total Reps at Each Movement (3 scores)
