Dumbbell Bench Press

  • 5x5 (Same Weight)

3 Rounds - Max Reps at Each Station in 1 Minute

  • Single Arm Dumbbell Front Squat (50/35 lbs)
  • Single Arm Dumbbell Front Squat (Opposite Arm)
  • Burpee Over Dumbbell 
  • Rest
    • Rx1 = 40/25 lbs
    • Rx3 = 70/50 lbs
