Our Monthly Challenge Series has been updated for August. We're taking advantage of the summer weather while it's still here and doing a running challenge this month. The goal is to see how many 400m runs you can complete throughout the month. Any runs done during a class, whether for warming-up or the workout, do not count. If you do a workout during Open Gym that has running in it...say Murph for example. Then those runs count towards your monthly total.
July's attendance has been tallied up! To make the list below you must have attended at least 16 Classes, Open Gym Sessions, or Beer WOD's throughout the month of July. As always our 15 Club gets an honorable mention for being oh so close.
