  • Handstand Push-ups (see Rx levels for reps)
  • Back Squats (95/65 lbs)
  • Run 400m in between each round (800m total)
    • Rx3 = 21-15-9 Handstand Push-ups
    • Rx2 = 15-12-9 Handstand Push-ups
    • Rx1 = 9-6-3 Handstand Push-ups
