Bench Press

- Handstand Push-ups (see Rx levels for reps)
- Back Squats (95/65 lbs)
- Run 400m in between each round (800m total)
- Rx3 = 21-15-9 Handstand Push-ups
- Rx2 = 15-12-9 Handstand Push-ups
- Rx1 = 9-6-3 Handstand Push-ups
