With a little more than 3 weeks till the 5th Annual Battle for the Bell the final workout has been released! Anytime we add any updates or to event we'll also be adding it to the menu at the bottom so people can keep track of things.

  • 1 = 1 Per Each Arm...2 Reps Total

3 Rounds for Max Reps at Each Station in 1 Minute

  • Pull-ups
  • 30 seconds rest
  • Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 30 seconds rest
  • Burpees
  • 30 Seconds rest
    • Score = Total Reps
