  • 2) 7 Russian Kettlebell Swings + 7 Wall Ball

    • (32/24 kg) (20/14 lbs)

  • 3) 40 Double Unders

  • 4) 30” Hollow Hold (5” = 1 Rep)

    • Score= Total Reps

    • Completing all 4 stations with rep scheme above = 70 reps

Recovery:

  • Foam Roll Legs 1 Minute Each Side

  • Calf Stretch

    • 1 Minute Each Side

  • Press-up/ Child Pose

    • 30” x 2
