Back Squat

  • 5x3 (Same Weight, 2 Min Rest after each round)

4 Rounds: 1 Minute Max Reps

  • Sit-ups

  • Dumbbell Front Squat (40/25 lbs)

  • Rest

    • Rx1= (30/20 lbs)

    • Rx3= (50/35 lbs)

    • Score= Total Reps

Recovery:

  • Hamstring Band Stretch

    • 30" each position

  • Spider Lunge

    • 30" each leg x 2

  • Foam Roll each leg 1 Minute
