Thursday - 8:00am & 9:30am Classes (The Chief)

Friday - 10:00am to 12:00pm Open Gym Only

Saturday - Regular Class Schedule

  • 100 Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)

  • 50/35 Calorie Bike

    • Score = Total Time

    • Cap = 30 Minutes
