We have a quick update to our Thanksgiving Schedule...with the Turkey Trot doing an 8:30am start we will now be having our classes at 9:30 & 10:30am instead of of 9:00 & 10:00. The 6:00am class is still on.
Holiday Schedule:
- Thursday = 6:00am, 9:30am, & 10:30am
- Friday = 9:00am - 12:00pm Open Gym Hours...no regular classes
- Saturday = Regular Schedule

- 5 Strict Pull-ups
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Lunges
- Rx1 = 10 Ring Rows
- Rx3 = Strict L-Sit Pull-ups
