Wednesday - 11/23/16

We have a quick update to our Thanksgiving Schedule...with the Turkey Trot doing an 8:30am start we will now be having our classes at 9:30 & 10:30am instead of of 9:00 & 10:00. The 6:00am class is still on.

Holiday Schedule:

  • Thursday = 6:00am, 9:30am, & 10:30am
  • Friday = 9:00am - 12:00pm Open Gym Hours...no regular classes
  • Saturday = Regular Schedule

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Front Squat

  • 5 x 1 @ 90% of 1 Rep Max

4 Rounds - For Time

  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Lunges
    • Rx1 = 10 Ring Rows
    • Rx3 = Strict L-Sit Pull-ups
