WORKOUT OF THE DAY
5 Rounds of 4 minutes:
- 25 Sit-ups
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 15 Deadlifts
- Round 1= 135/95 lbs
- Round 2= 185/125 lbs
- Round 3= 225/155 lbs
- Round 4= 275/185 lbs
- Round 5= 315/205 lbs
*If Athlete completes the round in 4 minutes they rest for the remaining time and increase weight. At the start of the next 4 minutes they start the next round. (CrossFit Open 16.2 style)
