WORKOUT OF THE DAY

5 Rounds of 4 minutes:

  • 25 Sit-ups
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Deadlifts
    • Round 1= 135/95 lbs
    • Round 2= 185/125 lbs
    • Round 3= 225/155 lbs
    • Round 4= 275/185 lbs
    • Round 5= 315/205 lbs

*If Athlete completes the round in 4 minutes they rest for the remaining time and increase weight. At the start of the next 4 minutes they start the next round. (CrossFit Open 16.2 style)
