For time:

  • 30 Power Snatch (75/55)
  • 30 Lateral Burpee Bar Hop
  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 30 Wall-Ball (20/14)
  • 30 Front Rack Lunges (75/55)
  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 30 Deadlifts (75/55)
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
    • Rx1 = Pull-ups
    • Rx3 = Bar Muscle-ups

*Lateral Burpee Bar Hop = athlete does a burpee in line with barbell, jump / hop over bar and then back to starting side before finishing rep. All burpees are done on the same side of the bar.
