- 30 Lateral Burpee Bar Hop
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 30 Wall-Ball (20/14)
- 30 Front Rack Lunges (75/55)
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 30 Deadlifts (75/55)
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- Rx1 = Pull-ups
- Rx3 = Bar Muscle-ups
*Lateral Burpee Bar Hop = athlete does a burpee in line with barbell, jump / hop over bar and then back to starting side before finishing rep. All burpees are done on the same side of the bar.
