10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)

  • 10 Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)

  • 200m Run

    • Rx1= 5 Power Snatch

    • Rx3= 95/65 lbs

Recovery:

  • Foam Roll each Leg for 2 Minutes

  • 5 Press up/Child Pose

  • 10 PVC Shoulder pass through
