10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Box Jumps (30/24")

  • 30 Deadlifts (155/105 lbs)

  • 30 Wall-Ball (20/14 lbs)

  • 30 Hand Release Push-ups

    • Score = Total Rounds & Reps

    • Rx1= 135/95 lbs and/or 24/20 in

    • Rx3= 185/125 lbs

Recovery:

  • Scorpion pose 30” each side

  • 2 Press-up + Child pose

  • Calf Stretch 30” each side
