    • Compare to Last Tuesday's 600/400/200 Run Trial (9/6/2016)

  • 5 Hang Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps / Step-ups (24/20")
  • 15 Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
    • Rx1 = 55/35 lbs
    • Rx3 = 95/65 lbs
