  • 5 Deficit Push-ups (45/25 lb Plates)

  • 6 Dumbbell Step-ups (50/35 lbs) (20/16")

  • 7 Dumbell Front squat (50/35 lbs)

    • 2 Dumbbells Per Person

    • Score= For Time (4 Scores)

    • Rx1 = 30/20 lbs

    • Rx3 = 60/40 lbs

For Time:

  • 100m Walking Lunge (50/35 lbs Dumbbells)

    • Score = Total Time

    • Rx1= 30/20 lbs

    • Rx3= 60/40 lbs

Recovery:

  • Hamstring Stretch w/Band

    • Up / Out / In

    • 30” Each

  • PVC Pass Throughs x 10

  • Pigeon pose 30” x 2
