Welcome to No Kip November, that’s right for the entire month we will banning all kipping things from the gym and focusing on the true, strict gymnastic movements. Pull-ups, dips, and handstands, oh my.
With the new month we also have a new monthly challenge. This month we will actually be revisiting last year’s Rowing Challenge. We're challenging everyone by asking a simple question - how far can you row in a month? In addition there is also a secondary challenge - can Strongtown break 1,000,000m rowed? Last year the gym (mostly Tanner, Chris, Sydney, and Becky) rowed a total of 988,866 meters...I really believe we can break 1,000,000 this year! The new month means we also have a new ‘Strongtown’s Finest’ list. In order to make the list you must have attended a minimum of 16 classes, open gym sessions, or beer wod’s throughout the month. Anyone who was 1 class shy of the list is given an honorable mention in the 15 club.
