40 Minute AMRAP:
“Grace or Isabell” - 30 reps
“Annie” - 300 reps
“Fran” - 90 reps
“Karen” - 150 reps

Recovery:
Spider Lunge x 2 30” Hold
Couch Stretch 1 Minute each leg
Foam Roll legs 1 Minute each leg
Press-up/Child’s pose 30” Hold x 3
Lat Stretch at rig 30” Hold x 2 each arm
Roll Shoulders with lacrosse ball 2 minutes
