WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“New Year’s Eve Party with the Girls”
40 Minute AMRAP:

  • “Grace or Isabell” -  30 reps

  • “Annie” -  300 reps

  • “Fran” -  90 reps

  • “Karen” -  150 reps

    • Score= Workouts completed/Total Reps 

    • Athletes must complete workouts in order. Start and rest as needed. If you complete all workouts, start all over again.

Recovery:

  • Spider Lunge x 2 30” Hold

  • Couch Stretch 1 Minute each leg

  • Foam Roll legs 1 Minute each leg

  • Press-up/Child’s pose 30” Hold x 3

  • Lat Stretch at rig 30” Hold x 2 each arm

  • Roll Shoulders with lacrosse ball 2 minutes
