With the 4th of July next Tuesday we have a couple of announcements. First up, this year we will be revisiting a Hero workout that we haven't done since May of 2015 - Glen:
- 30 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lbs)
- 1 Mile Run
- 10 Rope Climbs
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Burpees
What better way to celebrate our great nation's independence by honoring one of it's fallen Hero's. Due to the holiday we will be running a modified schedule for the 4th and with three classes for the day - 6:30am, 8:00am, and 9:30am.
We are also going to be on a modified schedule for Monday July 3rd as well. The gym will be open for the first half of the day and we will then be closing down after the Noon class. The 10:30 to 12:00 Open Gym is still on.
4th OF JULY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
- Monday - 7/3/17: All morning classes are on a regular schedule, the 4:00pm, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm classes are cancelled for the day.
- Tuesday - 7/4/17: Modified Schedule - 6:30am, 8:00am, and 9:30am Classes only.
