Welcome to June! We're sorry about the delay in tallying up May's Finest list. Bouncing between the two systems we wanted to make sure we got everyone. Now that we're in June please make sure you are checking yourself into class or open gym whenever you arrive. 

I believe we are down to 4 people who are still fighting through the 100 Day Burpee Challenge, we just passed day 65. These final 30 odd days are one the ones that really make you question what you got yourself into. 

For the rest of us our Monthly Challenge series has been updated for June. We're swinging away this month and looking to accumulate a total of 2,000 Kettlebell Swings. Either Russian or American and any swings done during workouts and warm-ups count as long as they're at your challenge weight. There are no Rx weights for the challenge and we're recommending people do the usual 24/16 kg weights or whatever they use for the regular workouts.
