Pull-up Complex

  • Option 1 = 1 Strict Pull-up + 2 Kipping
  • Option 2 = 1 Strict Pull-up + 2 Kipping + 3 Chest to Bar
  • Option 3 = 1 Bar Muscle-up + 3 Chest to Bar + 5 Pull-ups

Tabata - 8 Rounds of 20" Work & 10" Rest at Each Station

  • Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Burpees
    • 1 Minute Rest between Movements
    • Score = Total Reps
