•60' Single Arm Overhead Dumbbell Walking Lunge (50/35 lbs) (30' Each Arm)
•30 Double Unders
•30 Second Ring Support Hold
•15 Sit-ups

Rx1 = 15 Double Unders
Rx3 = 30 Second L-Sit (Rings) + GHD Sit-ups
Score = Total Rounds + Reps
