Tuesday - 7/19/16

We have a couple of quick reminders for the day - first off we're just under 2 weeks away from hosting the 5th Annual Lift for a Purpose Weightlifting Meet. The meet is next Saturday...July 30th and all of the proceeds are being donated to Steve's Club. Even though our regular classes for the day will be canceled this event is open to lifters of all levels and I would encourage everyone to come donate to a good cause and lift some heavy weights.
