Welcome to CrossFit Strongtown's new blog! This has been a project that has been on  my personal 'to-do' list since at least 2013. We're still working out a few kinks with the new setup and we're in the process of trying to setup an archive of our older posts. Hopefully we'll get things worked out within the next couple of days.

In other news we've had a lot of questions about our upcoming Memorial Day Murph. Like last year we're planning on running a 7am uncoached session, 9am, and 10:30. We've also added this to our Events page which I'm looking forward to using.
