Workout of the Day: Barbell WOD Sampler - Week 4

Clean (Full Squat)

  • Work up to a Max
  • 1 x 2 @ 80% of Max

Push Jerk

  • 4 x 2 
  • Week #1 started at 60% of of CJ weight and has increased 5-10 lbs each week

Core / Complex (pick one)

  • Day 1 Sampler: 2 Sets of (15 Hanging Leg Raises / 10 GHD Sit-ups / 30 Second GHD Superman Hold with plate on back)
  • Day 3 Sampler: 2 Sets of (10 Single Arm Dumbbell Row / 10 Dumbbell Push Press)
