• 6 Minute EMOM (Weight 2)
• 1 Squat Snatch

Score 1 = Weight used for 1st 6 Minutes
Score 2 = Weight used for 2nd 6 Minutes

Tabata - 8 Rounds of 20” Work & 10” Rest

• Wall Ball (20'/14 lbs)
• Sit-ups
• 1 Minute rest Between Rounds
