With Thanksgiving this Thursday we will be running a modified schedule for the Holiday. We will also be revisiting our old friend...The Chief. The Friday after Turkey Day we will not be running any classes and instead we'll be doing Open Gym hours between 9:00 & 12:00. Saturday we'll be returning to a normal schedule.
- Thursday - 6:00am, 9:00am, & 10:00am only
- Friday - 9:00am to 12:00pm Open Gym, No Regular Classes

- Hang Squat Snatch (75/55 lbs)

- Rx3 = 95/65 lbs
