Monday - 5/1/17

As we move into May the Monthly Challenge Series has been updated. Like last year we will be celebrating Memorial Day with Murph. We will be taking advantage of the Monthly Challenge to make sure people put in a bit of extra work getting themselves ready for Murph. The goal of the challenge is to complete the work of a Half Murph each week (1 mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, and 150 air squats). People have the option of either counting, or not counting, the regular weekly workouts towards their challenge....not counting the weekly workouts increases the difficulty. 

Since April is also officially in the books things have been tallied and our below is our latest Strongtown's Finest list. Congratulations to our April group! In order to make the list you must attend either a class or open gym session a total of 16 times within the month.
