As a follow up to yesterday's blog post - all information and updates regarding our upcoming Strongtown Open have been added to their own section of the webiste. You should be able to get there through the navigation menu at the top of the webpage by clicking the Strongtown Open link.

Also as we get into 2017 we will be adding a Monthly Challenge Series...this is completely optional and just meant to be a little bit of extra credit each month. The goal is to help create positive habits and give people people a task / skill to work on each month. We'll be updating the challenge in on our sidebar which will either be on the side of your screen if your viewing our site through a desktop or tablet, or at the bottom if you're on a mobile phone. 

Finally congratulations to January's Finest Club! To make the list you must have attended 16 classes (or open gym sessions) throughout the month. It's a great way to start off 2017 and a statement of your
