8 Rounds of 20" Work & 10" Rest at Each Station

  • Handstand Push-ups

  • Low Plank Hold (every 5" = 1 rep)

  • Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25 lbs)

  • Hollow Holds (every 5" = 1 rep)

  • Sit-ups

    • 1 Minute rest after Each Movement

    • Score = Total Reps (5 scores)

Recovery:

  • Lacrosse Ball Shoulders

    • 2 Minutes Total

  • PVC Pass Throughs x 10

  • Scorpion Pose

    • 30" Holds x 2
