25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 80 Hollow Rocks

  • 70 KB Deadlifts

  • 400m Run

  • 60 Lunges

  • 50 Lateral Jumps Over object

  • 400m Run

  • 40 Kettlebell cleans (20 each arm)

  • 30 Handstand Push-up (1abmat)

    • Every 200m = 1 rep (400m = 2 reps)

    • Score = Total Rounds + Reps
