8 Rounds of 20" Work / 10" Rest of each movement
Alternate between movements ( 24 Rounds Total)

  • Goblet squats (24/16 kg)
  • Sit-ups
  • Low Plank Hold (elbows)
    • Score = Total Reps
    • 8 rounds: 20 seconds of work, 10 second rest
