STRONGTOWN GENERAL - HOME WORKOUT

“Tabata” 8 Rounds, 20" of work, 10" Rest

  • DB Shoulder to Overhead

  • Low Plank Hold (every 5” = 1 rep)

  • Wall-Sit ( every 5” = 1 rep)

  • Reverse Lunge

    • Alternate arms every round for DB S2OH (4 rounds each arm)

    • 1-minute rest after each 8 rounds

    • Score = Total Reps each movement
